What we collect

• Checkout data — email address, name, billing country, the product tier and your required checkout acceptances.
• Payment metadata — transaction and order references, amount, currency, status and any failure reason returned by our payment provider. Full card details are entered on the hosted payment page and are not sent to this site.
• Technical data — request, device and browser information that our hosting and security infrastructure may process to operate and protect the site.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To take and deliver an order and support you afterwards — performance of our contract with you and steps taken at your request before that contract.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure — our legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations.
• To keep accounting and dispute records — legal obligation and our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the service, including our payment provider, email delivery provider and hosting/security providers. We do not currently use an analytics provider on this site. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with bookmakers or advertisers.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Our service providers may process data in more than one country. Where applicable law requires a safeguard for an international transfer, we use an approved transfer mechanism. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by tax, payment and legal obligations. Security and technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. You may ask us for current provider and retention details.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, restrict its use or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the address at the foot of this page. You may also complain to the data protection authority available to you. Mandatory rights are not limited by this policy.
