1. Who we are

PREDIXOS is operated by NexaCore Limited, Reg. No. C64192, a company registered in Nevis at Huggins House, Old Manor Estate, Gingerland, Nevis, West Indies. By buying from this site you agree to these terms (version 2026-08-11). If you do not agree with them, do not buy.

2. What we sell

We sell written football accumulators, built to order, as digital content. You choose a price band; each band corresponds to a target accumulator price and a number of selections, both shown before payment. After payment the written report is prepared from fixtures that have not yet kicked off. Selections are chosen individually for each order: we do not promise that two customers receive the same list, or that any particular fixture or market will appear. The delivered accumulator will normally price within five per cent of the advertised target; bookmaker prices move constantly and we quote the prices we took at the time of writing.

We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept, place, broker or settle bets, we do not operate a gambling facility and we hold no funds on your behalf. Any bet you choose to place is placed with your own licensed operator, in your own name and at your own risk.

3. Who may buy

• You must be legally able to enter into a purchase of this digital content.
• Buying and receiving the content must be lawful where you live.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken by our payment provider on their own secure page; card details are never received or stored by this site. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Before payment, checkout displays the expected card-statement descriptor PREDIXOS NEXACORE and statement city GINGERLAND. These values have not yet been confirmed by the payment provider, and a card issuer may abbreviate or format them differently.

5. Delivery

The digital content is delivered by email after it is completed. We do not advertise an unverified staffing schedule or guaranteed delivery-time window. No selection will be sent after its own kick-off; if we cannot fulfil the order before the relevant content expires, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

6. No guarantee of profit

Our selections are opinion, not financial, investment or professional advice, and they are not a prediction of certainty. No result is guaranteed, and we do not publish an unverified historical performance record.

7. Your licence to use the content

Each accumulator is licensed to you personally. You may not republish, resell, syndicate, forward in bulk or otherwise redistribute the selections, in whole or in part. We may pursue lawful remedies where we detect redistribution.

8. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, cancel or stop accepting current or future orders where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or security abuse, protect staff or other users, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Where lawful and safe, we will give the customer the reason and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach.

If we cancel a paid order before delivery, we will refund it in full. Termination does not revoke the personal licence for content already delivered, remove accrued rights, or limit any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for betting losses.

10. Complaints and disputes

Email support@predixos.com with COMPLAINT in the subject line. Include the email used for the order, purchase date, amount, payment reference and the outcome you want, but never send full card details. We aim to acknowledge the complaint within two business days and provide a reasoned final response within 14 calendar days. If more time is reasonably needed, we will explain why and give a target date.

You may also use any complaint, card-issuer, consumer-protection, regulatory, court or alternative-dispute route available to you. Contacting us first is encouraged but is not a condition of exercising a statutory right or a card-scheme right. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis. The courts of Nevis have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove any mandatory protection given by the law of your country of residence or any right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under mandatory consumer law.
